Joe Cameron

Joe is widely considered an expert in political digital marketing, with over an 80% success rate in elections he’s been involved in. He was a Southern California law enforcement officer for over 11 years. During his law enforcement career, he served on his POA’s Board of Directors for over 10 years, with over 7 of those years as the President. During his time, he staved off attacks on his members pensions/defined benefits by successfully engaging with his community through social, digital and grassroots political engagement strategies.

Joe expertise and background in digital marketing, social media and political advocacy allows him to define attainable goals and construct plans of action for his clients.

Hugh Cameron

National Labor Director

Hugh Cameron is a retired law enforcement professional who proudly served for 34 years and retired at the rank of Sergeant.

Aside from his law enforcement career, Hugh served as Treasurer and then President of the Sharon Police Association (MA), and later Area-Vice President and then President of the Massachusetts Coalition of Police.

Hugh left the Massachusetts Coalition of Police in 2016 and was elected as the International Secretary-Treasurer of International Union of Police Associations AFL-CIO (IUPA) where he retired in January, 2021.

He currently serves as the Vice President of the Norfolk County Central Labor Council (MA) and is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Labor Guild.

Hugh previously served as a Vice President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and I.U.P.A. Executive Board Region 12 Vice President, serving on the Constitution and Legislative Committees.
